About HazeNest

I help homeowners see what a home warranty can handle, and where that help comes to an end.

Why I started

A Plan Only Helps When You Understand It

Most people open their home warranty for the first time on a bad day, standing beside a furnace that will not light or a dishwasher full of grey water. That is a rough moment to begin reading fine print.

I started HazeNest so that reading happens sooner. I look at the systems and appliances in your house, explain which ones a plan tends to list, and point out the conditions that shape an approved repair.

My job is explaining and matching, never pushing. If a plan looks like a poor fit for your home, I will say so plainly.

How I work

Four Things I Hold To

Plain Words

I trade contract language for everyday terms, so a clause makes sense before you ever lean on it.

Honest Limits

I point out exclusions as clearly as inclusions. Knowing where coverage stops spares you a surprise later.

Your House First

The age of your equipment and the way your home is used shape my advice, not a generic checklist.

Steady Attention

While a request is open I keep watch on it and pass along what I learn the moment it reaches me.

Something Stops

A covered part quits from wear, not from misuse or neglect.

Send a Request

Describe what broke and the signs you spotted around it.

Get Matched

I pair the problem with a qualified local technician near you.

Covered Fix

If your plan lists the item, the repair or swap moves ahead.

Who I help

Homes I Work With Most

Every house is different, yet a few situations land in my inbox again and again.

New Owners

You just got the keys along with appliances that have unknown histories. I help you sort out what a plan could pick up.

Older Houses

Aging furnaces and water heaters wear in ways that matter for coverage. I explain how plans treat that kind of wear.

Busy Households

When the washer runs daily and the oven rarely rests, a breakdown hits harder. I help you get ready for it.

Rental Owners

If you rent out a home, a broken appliance turns into a tenant problem fast. I show how a plan can fit that setup.
